I pull my distant strings
I stab the thorn in the palm of my hand
Then my dreams fade away

Sleep forever
Minds Awake

A Burning Stake

I open up my arms
Embrace the burning light
Wearing veils of thorns
Underneath the iron night

Nothing left will come to mind
I feel no end will come in sight
The veil of numbness has been torn apart
And there is nothing left behind

Strikes against the time
Scorching flesh scents of delight
Where is nothing comes to breathe
And my will has lost its sight

I don’t want to stop
I won’t look behind
I see the floating glimmers
And slowly going blind

I smell my burning skin
And tomorrow lost its light
I am facing my way forwards
And lost everything in sight
