About Timing
I can't understand it no matter how hard I try
You live on your own planet and I've been along for the ride
If I'm being quite candid we were far from the finish line
So why'd it change in one minute?
I can't explain, it's a dangerous game and I won't play it
If I can never win
Oh how can this be reality?
It's all so obscured, clearly
Lately Saturn is my enemy
It's always about timing
So what's left to be abandoned?
There's no part of me to find
It's such a short trip from king to stranded
So no more will I let this subject rule my mind
It's the last time
It always ends in catastrophe
Disguised as a silver lining
And lately Saturn is my enemy
Time after time he's timing
Oh how can this be reality?
It's all so obscured, clearly
We know it's always about timing
It's always about timing
Better late and free
Than chained down and timely
Best to stay on my own two feet
