Foldable Heart

I can feel how my skin starts to shake
Black trees waving with their branches and I'm not sure if they
Call me or if they chase me away
I don't care because I'm going anyway

And the wonderful scent of a rose
Lures me into the
comfortable undergrowth
one last look over the shoulder and
Before I know it
I'm back at the source

Hungry eyes are frightening
