The Dismal Black Nothingness

Entangled
Into a vessel
Atop a bottomless throat

A vastness with no forms
No concepts, undefinable
The entrails
Of a perpetual night

The mind observes
Itself
Within the pitch black
Beneath

Once more
I keep breathing
Then an uproar occurs Below

The hollow
Tears
Itself
Apart

The ship
Sinks
Down
Adrift

The hole tears itself apart
It reveals a light
From the inside
Which could never
Reach the outside observer

Reach any kind of outside observer
At once, the event horizon disclosing itself
Unveils the point of no return
Wise is the man who once said:

“Stare long into the abyss
(and) the abyss will stare back into you”

Suddenly a swirling maelstrom
Destroys the oneiric scaffolds
Misled by a dreamlike hologram

Then enwrapped in shrouds
I exhale my last breath
