Cold Vines

Buried in the buzzing hive
The ache to feed, the air inside is swarming
The space is deep and left unknown
The endless creep towards the home that's burning
And your eyes are invaded, disconnected from the cold vines
That had tangled up and held you in your place

Tethered to a wounded brain
Never rising up above the small things
Chipped away there all day long
Broke apart the endings that were forming
All thе time is concentrated
Lеaving traces of the old times
That had faded out, dismembered carefully

Cold vines wrapping you up tight
Dangling and flailing, twisting up into the trees
Held there, stuck next to nowhere
Remnants of once was drifting off into the breeze

Feel the sun inside the room
Spilling from the vein into the wound
All the heads up on the wall
Which ones remain and which are falling?
