Mirror Mirror

If you left your conscience at the door would you pick it up on your way out, or is is something that you live without? You'll never need it. I'll discard all the things that make me want to leave; tell me, just what have you achieved? An empty life for all to see, but still you chose to make a mockery.

The only words that I could find that come to mind could shatter your pride, but I can't let you know because it makes me just like you.

Mirror mirror on the wall, is this the place that I am proud to be from? Just look what you've become. You're stuck in place that you don't belong, you're on you're own and full to brink yet so hollow. Let your opinion go untold.

I feel betrayed in almost thinking that what you're shouting at me is the truth. What should anybody listen to you? The ground is sinking under your feet. You've voiced your opinion, I'm sick of the sight of you . Nobody wants to know. Why don't you pack up your ego and go, before I pack it up for you, now?
