BOREDOM

When you're on your walk home from a long day working,
chilled to the bone and your feet still hurting.
Have they called you enough to let you know?
Back to your room is where you'll go.
Back to reality,
completely alone.
And all your friends think you're crazy
cause you're always home
and they need you,
yeah they still need you.
Turn on the lights
take me back to Seattle,
I wanna feel like I did in high school.

I would say its slowly,
you wanted what you got and now you're lonely
you're sitting there at home, you're watching movies,
by yourself.

Over it,
I spent my time in bed,
allowed the world to pass me by
and I'd stay wasted all the time.

Pressure always, love for the lonely
for everyone wrapped up in a blanket,
or scared to leave their home.
And tomorrow promised nothing but the same.
All this boredom.
