No Great Harm
Carry me softly
Six men strong
On their shoulders
A box of bones
Such thoughts in passing
Dwell thereupon
Honest shoulders
A burden’s gone
I carried my own weight
Just as long as I could
But it never did me any good
And I only hurt the ones I love
By keeping myself separate
By saying I could handle it all alone
Everybody there ain’t no great harm
No cause to raise the alarm
Held by the strongest arms
