I hope you don't take it personally that I disappear like that
But the sparks begin to burn instead of shimmer

And I see you pixellated and familiar
Is it that you were a dick to me in high school?
Or was it that you ripped me off?
Were you jealous of my quandry?
Or was it just a matter of taste?

Maybe you became too much of a big shot?
And couldn't tell that you were not
You're not going to tell me that glory has dried out
