I don’t know where to look
Panic strikes my mind
Hoping that you’d stay
I swear I’ll make some room
Half of the things I say
Are meaningless to you
While the other half
Is kept to myself
Stunned without a clue
Feeling the way I do
Was it something that I said?
Or not instead?
Some things that I’ve seen
Would cause your soul to strain
They’re better off sealed in
Where they’ll remain
It’s passing and fleeting, slowly retreating
Uneasy feeling, of absence appearing now

Won’t take you anywhere
Where can you go?
I’d like to know
