I had a really good memory
That pop into my head about you this morning
I was remembering the thanksgiving uhh at Mattie's
And the first time I saw you and Sage together
And it struck me how much you treated her like my sister treated me
It was really quite a nice gift for me
Uhh I really uh just felt sister spirit come back to me
And I remember thinking about what I can do to
Acknowledge appreciate what a wonderful gift that was
So one of the things that I eventually decided
That I was suppose to help you grow and develop
I didn't know about teenage girls
So the thing I decided to do was to try and help you
Become Smarter Stronger And tougher
And you really done a good job at it uhh
I'm just really proud of how much you've grown
Uhh but don't forget that's still your job
