Flow State

It begins at the base of the body
At the root where we ground down into this physical existence
And then into the sacrum, our creative
And the solar plexus, our will power 
The heart is a portal of love
And up into the throat where we speak our truth
And then into the third eye where we see
And eventually up through the crown where we connect
Let it flow 
Let it flow through you
Breathe
When you allow yourself to connect to feel
You can tap into this energy
This energy that allows you more power
More strength
More You
When you inhale this golden light to every part of you
Do you feel it?
When you inhale this light
Flow through you 
And as you exhale
