Keep the Music Flowing

Life can be hard, life can be stressful,
Seems like everybodies out to get us,
Try to Catch you when your flying at life,
Just to keep you on your toes and show ya what might,
Happen if you get complacent,
Opportunities take them,
People dont believe ya then make them,
Be persistent with goals, positive when you awaken,
You've only got one shot,
And Theres always someone that's worse off,
Trust everyone has days were they wanna just switch off,
From the outside world that's normal dont stop,
Keep moving shutting out negative vibes,
When your feeling shit turn to something that you like,
In my case its music,
With abit of bud and I lose it,
Head lost in the abyss,
No worries just the beat and the words I choose its,
Like therapy,
Straight away my moods lifted,
Helps me remember why I'm gifted,
Blessed for the kids that I live with,
Little boy and girl were on my wishlist,
And How I'd Always envisioned it,
But Trust me it's not been easy,
Nothing good in life comes freely,
If anyone can have it I dont need it,
I Rather work to achieve it,
Once told lifes not about waiting for the storm to pass,
Its learning to dance in the rain,
Well If that's the case I'm dancing my days away,
Baked with a smile on my face,

Some days,
We all feel like we,
Cant face,
This world in which we live,
Each day,
Keep moving forward and
Dont stray,
Just keep the music flowing, Mate,

Straight up man I mean it,
Lifes hardwork you cant beat it,
You Just gotta keep shit From getting on top when your feeling depleted,
Mental health is a crazy thing,
Without addressing can push us to the brink,
Make ya rethink,
Your whole existence,
That's why I try to put it down in ink,
A way to Express,
Let go of things I keep close to my chest,
Because allowing a build up of daily stress,
Can result in your brain left feeling a mess,
With a clouded judgement,
Never make decisions due to crazy assumptions,
Suicidal thoughts creep in at your lowest,
To test your mind and how ya function,
Lunging In can be dangerous,
Negative vibes are contagious,
So rid yourself of anyone who breaks ya down and ask how people are feeling,
Because something so simple can have a greater meaning,
To someone who's wound up feeling depressed,
Overwhelmed finding life hard to digest,
Finds getting out of bed each day a test,
Putting on a brave face despite the mess,
Cant see the reasons to which they are blessed,
Despite being healthy, with a house to rest,
It's crazy how You can have a bird, mates and your family around,
But still be the loneliest person in the room with thoughts of being layed to rest in the ground,
