My soul clings to the dust
Revive me according to your word
I have told you and you answered me
Teach me oh teach me your statutes
Make me understand your ways

My soul melts because of grief
Strengthen me according to your word
Remove the false way from me
And graciously grant me your law

For i have chosen your faithful way
I cling to your testimony
O lord do not put me to shame
