How I wish that I could just believe
That things were meant to be the way they are
Something tells me something isn’t right
And all I want to do is find out where you are
How I wish that I could just recall
What brought on the fall for the two of us
Maybe then all this would make more sense
And my whole life would not feel this torn apart
