Clover On The Bark
I have felt the poisoning
I no longer seek it
I remain in these feelings
Feelings that reach their apex and tore me to darkness
Discovering countless things, losing countless more
The clover in the bark symbolic hopefulness
Seeing our light through the ravine wishing they could see me
The faces and the figures always seek my affection
The countless things that bare me
If these deathly trees could see
Wouldn't they bring us joy, or stop, or lose it all
The clover in the bark symbolic hopefulness
Seeing our light through the ravine wishing I could be seen
The flies watch from the clover, their auburn have seen so many lives
Many more than I wish to live. (x3)
Many more than I wish to care to see
(Symbolic hopefulness seeing our light through the ravine, wishing I could be seen.) x3
