Gloaming
In the gloaming I kissed your lips
As ancient whispers struck passage lies
In the gloaming you left me
Under the withering oak as tears fell from its solitude side
In the gloaming I waited
Awaited your return
Like a doomsayer's pillage
Time passed endlessly
In the gloaming I lie naked in the silk
Breathing my last breath as time has caught up
As I escape into the extramundane world
