I'm trying to get smarter and live the right way
Ain't there yet but I'll be someday
Don't mean to say I ain't got to change
But some things about me are gonna stay the same

I've hit some hard walls with my soft head
Had some accidents that shoulda left me dead
I been in love and had my heart broke
I've lived my life like it's some kind of joke
