The Man in the Corner
I spoke to the man in the corner
He said this is his lonely day
A breathe, a conclusion, a message
That told me whenever to prey
He gave me his promise to speak out
To a crowd that would never hear
A man called Valenzio who stands blind
In a corner protecting his fear
But in fact it's a day in sweet June
And the sun makes his skin turn brown
He's dancing with girls on the dune
Till the evening when the sun globe goes down
I'm going to loose him
He's dancing away with his fear
A story with five-hundred fires
Goes straight from his mouth to my ear
I faced my reaction in circles
Without ever knowing his game
And then I am stuck with his sorrow
That soon will hurt me the same
But in fact it's a day in sweet June
And the sun makes his skin turn brown
He's dancing with girls on the dune
Till the evening when the sun globe goes down
