The Same Complaints

Everyone that I know has grown cold and tired of me.
The same old actions and the same complaints. I never change the way I am. I'm sorry but you deserve more than a friend that cares less for you than these stupid songs I write every night in a basement. But if I get you a radio will you play me a song like I do? Any one will do.
I remember better times when songs and wine poured from us.
The singing never ceased until we had our fill with the bottle and laughter came so easily (or so it seems.) No arguing, but now I sit alone and think "Did we make bad decisions?" But if I get you a radio will you play me a song like I do? The photographs that make me feel like years gone by. In a blink I relive arguments to try and make it right. Did I try and make it like friends do?
