King Ambarish, was a great king and a great Devotee of Lord Vishnu.

Lord Vishnu was so happy with the devotion of the king,

that He blessed the king with his Sudarshan Chakra.

King Ambarish and his kingdom prospered even more,

after they had got the Sudarshan Chakra.

Sage Narada, once visited Lord Indra, the God of Heaven.

fasting ceremony to Lord Vishnu.

Sage Durvasa plucked out a strand of hair from his head,

and threw it on the ground.

From this strand of hair,

emerged a huge Demon.

Command me, sage Durvasa.

King Ambarisha has offended me.

Kill him.

The Demon charged at the King.

The guards held out their swords.

Do nothing if you value my life.

The guards looked at each other and put their swords back,

as sage Durvasa watched the whole scene with anger.

My Lord, I have not committed any mistake.

Please protect me and my men.

As the Demon came forward towards the guards,

there was a loud whirring sound

that came from above.

The Sudarshan Chakra came towards the Demon

Before the demon knew what happened,

the Chakra attacked the Demon.

the Demon was no more.

Without stopping there,

the Chakra started whirling towards the sage.

The sage started running,

realizing that there was no stopping the Chakra.

Sage Durvasa ran on top of the Mountains, caves and even under water.

But the Chakra followed him everywhere.

Sage Durvasa was desperate.

He ran to Satyaloka,

Where Lord Brahma was residing

Save me from the Sudarshana Chakra.

It is after me, my Lord.

I cannot help you Durvasa.

Please seek the help of Lord Shiva in Kailash.

Sage Durvasa ran through the forests and caves,

and desperately climbing the icy mountains of Kailash.

Oh Shiva, help me.

Help me. Help me from this Chakra.

Save me my dear Lord.

Go away from here.

You have insulted Lord Vishnu's Devotee.

So the Lord is angry.

I cannot help you at all.

Sage Durvasa,

went to Vaikunta and fell on Lord Vishnu's feet.

Please protect me from your Chakra.

Please help me..

You have been rude to my devotee.

You have no control over your anger.

Go to him, who you have insulted.

Only his forgiveness will save you from my Chakra.

Durvasa ran back to where he had started.

Even after I threatened to destroy you,
