Waited so long,
For the first fire,
For a day dawning,
Waited so long,
Followed first light,
Felt the day draw near,
I found my way there

After the storm subsides,

Now the sun lines,
Falling in ways I can't describe,
Daylight,
Through the same eyes,
For the first time,
Focus on heart before mind,
It feels like,
